Bloody Sky Captain ! I can't read last week's Nightwing cause it's in plastic. And it sounds really good, too. Also, they were out of last week's Legends of the Dark Knight. Those were the only two War Games titles, right? And this week, the Batgirl is in plastic. It's going to be tough keeping up with this thing.

And God, I am loving the shit out of Daredevil right now. It's action-packed and funny and exciting and aw yeah. And I find Quinn terribly amusing. I hope he ends up being a recurring character, being hired by various enemies to take Matt out, and always failing. And always talking into his recorder about how close he came. And we don't know who/what Babette is, do we? I'm anxious to find out.

So it's a nice mix. As to BoP: did anyone else think Gail Simone must've been a big fan of Angel s4? I closed the issue thinking, "Big damn evil, sir." .
But then again, I'm spoiled for a voice casting on JLU: Gina Torres will be voicing Vixen. So it's possible I'm just suggestible.

That makes me wonder, is there anyone better positioned than Oracle to arrange grisly deaths for the bulk of the DC heroes, should a possession situation crop up? Seems like she could arrange for a lot of lethally faulty info to go out over the wires at once. And since many of them depend on her for situation reports, she could spin the first casualties and mobilize even more people into ambushes ...

According to comics store guy, they didn't get any this week, and neither did the other stores he's heard from. Sounds like it's delayed a week, a thousand really creative curses be upon them.

BoP made me go HOLY SHIT! and I really disliked the art in Robin and Batgirl.
