Art Crawl!!!

Teppy surely the two layers of kevlar provided enough of a barrier. It's not like he has super sperm.

Bendis and Mack write him much darker.

I may check out Bendis, then, but I'm actually a bit relieved that I'm not crazy-insane over Daredevil. My batfamily obsession takes a lot of energy to maintain.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I may check out Bendis, then, but I'm actually a bit relieved that I'm not crazy-insane over Daredevil. My batfamily obsession takes a lot of energy to maintain.

Also, money.

I give thanks every week that I'm not really into any of the Marvel titles.

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

I give thanks every week that I'm not really into any of the Marvel titles.

Me, too. Only then I remember about Ultimate Spidey and Fantastic Four. And The Pulse. And then I say "Damn you, Bendis! Damn yoooou!"

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I may check out Bendis, then, but I'm actually a bit relieved that I'm not crazy-insane over Daredevil.

To be honest, I'm not overly excited about Daredevil nowadays. I keep reading it cause I do, and it was one of my first, but I feel like it's gotten too psychological for me to really appreciate it, and I've never been a huge fan of Maleev's art. Pulse is good stuff, though.

Also, money.

Well, yeah. But these days I seem to have more money than time, which is... weird, but I'm not complaining.

I give thanks every week that I'm not really into any of the Marvel titles.

I'm not obsessed with Ultimate X-Men, but I'm enjoying it. And I've been thinking about picking up Ultimate Fantastic Four.

Frickin' crack.

Like I need a hole in my head

Yes but for some very visceral reason I can't explain, I doubt Emma's goodness much more than I would ever doubt Magneto. I guess because I think of Magneto as broken-and-thus-evil, and Emma as just-a-big-bitch. Kitty love blinding me again.

Kiba, I think it very much depends on who is writing Emma. For me, with some writers I can buy Emma as a reformed bitch, who means well for the most part (Morrison, I think, wrote her this way), but with others (Claremont, I'm looking at you), I feel like she's just biding her time, waiting to put a big ol' whammy on everyone.

We'll see what Joss does with Emma, but since Kitty's in the book, I figure I'll be looking at her through Kitty's eyes.
