I liked Guardian Devil well enough, but it's not moving me to become a regular reader. There's something about Matt Murdock's pathos that doesn't quite grab me. Or maybe it's his ethos?
Bendis and Mack write him much darker.

Steph, actually, I wasn't until YOU brought it up. So there.
It's just something that went swirly in my head as I bagged and boarded things this weekend and thought not-so-deep thoughts. Then I was trying to figure examples in standard literature or mythology as possible roots, but spaced before I could recall them.

To be honest, I'm not overly excited about Daredevil nowadays. I keep reading it cause I do, and it was one of my first, but I feel like it's gotten too psychological for me to really appreciate it, and I've never been a huge fan of Maleev's art. Pulse is good stuff, though.

Well, yeah. But these days I seem to have more money than time, which is... weird, but I'm not complaining.

I'm not obsessed with Ultimate X-Men, but I'm enjoying it. And I've been thinking about picking up Ultimate Fantastic Four.
Frickin' crack.
Shrift, start with #7. Warren Ellis takes over the title then...
