Heh. It was gayer when he FIRST adopted the Nightwing identity, and part of his chest was bare and it had a fringe.
That's the one I mean. With the man-cleavage, and the gold accents, and the biiig collar. SO GAY.
Discussion of Buffy and Angel comics, books, and more. Please don't get into spoilery details in the first week of release.

Oy. MAN, comics in the early to mid 80s were clunky and heavy on the exposition.
Jesus, I think I just read a Teen Titans where EVERYONE sounded like Mr. Garrison.

Why do you think everybody got excited by the advent of Frank Miller and Alan Moore? Of course, Chris Claremont was the king of that particular era. The X-men franchise just 'bout swallowed the entire Marvelverse, much the way the Batfamily has done to DC.

Oh, Power Man is Luke Cage? Huh. (I only know him from Daredevil and Alias.)
Luke Cage is a way better name than Power Man.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm just spoiled by how good we've got it now.
Even my old Marvel shit's pretty... well, lame. And occasionally funny, in that 1970s way.
