I had suspected Edna was going to turn out to be Giles' grandmother. My only remaining question is whether Roger is Roger Wyndam-Pryce, and got married fairly late; Roger Wyndam-Pryce's father, also Roger; or somone else entirely.

Yeah, I see that. But comic artists commonly have body shapes they stick with and with AH the quality of his work overwhelms any nagging doubts.
