Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

see, I was trying to be subtle about it....

with a gleam in my eye, and an almost airtight alibi

I'm OVER subtle, baby; I'm a pundit now!!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Go pundit! Choose pundit!

Very cool. (I looked after I saw amy's first post, so I had no idea what I would find.)

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Others?

I'd like to submit Adam Hughes and Stuart Immonen as my favorite comic book artists.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

psst... if you have The Escapist vol. 2, look at the blurbs on the back cover.

Hey! I just realized, the Escapist wasn't in my box at the comic book store, today!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I just caught the tail end of "Mystery of the Batwoman" on Cartoon Network. There was a character called Sonia on it. Is that Detective Montoya?

an overblown libretto and a sumptuous score/ could never contain the contradictions I adore

I have to say, I was annoyed at the Batwoman's costume. I mean, PINK! Batcostumes should not have big pink bats on them!

msbelle could have pulled it off, but for fighting crime I just don't think it works.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Pink...bats? Huh. That's different.

Must quibble on the last bit. If msbelle were fighting crime, it would work fabulously.

So msbelle, how 'bout it?

Art Crawl!!!

The Catwoman collection I was talking about is called "Catwoman: 9 Lives of a Feline Fatale" and is described as a collection of some of the best Catwoman stories from the last 40 years.

Is this something newly out? Or something coming out in the next month or so?
