You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Somebody's messin' with us.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I just saw quick edits on a post in Minearverse.

That's not a system problem. It's because the person who made the post didn't actually put the quick edits at the start of the line. There's a space in front of each one. The browser removes the space when it renders the page, but as far as the system is concerned, that makes it not a quick edit.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I set up a list -- and sent out an e-mail. You didn't receive it?

Hmm. I didn't try the links on the list welcoming e-mail, so I didn't realise until now that they were broken. Something's off on the control panel.

Got the welcome e-mail, but nothing else.

What DX said.

I think I e-mailed to it from an address not on the list.

Something's definitely broken, but maybe I was also breaking rules.

If it was an address not on the list, then you should've gotten mail asking you to whether or not to release it.

I'm not sure if this is the same mailing list software, though. Hence the weirdnesses. I'm not creating them the way Tom does. I'm using a control panel interface option that appeared in the most recent update.

Gus!

Has there been any development on your tidy code? I tried to put some in that didn't have the "tidied by" indicator, since it seemed very unpredictable, but even so, it hated one of DX's posts, and kept adding random text to it. I haven't gone any further with it since then.

Honestly, I'm almost tempted to keep it that way.
