Oh, smacked in the noggin with a 2x4 wrapped in velvet. Yeah, that's what it felt like.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, I didn't do much. Actual work was changing a wee bit of code. The rest of it was nagging the support guys.

Who called me back. Much props to them for answering the phone on a Saturday, much less calling me back and discussing the issue with me.

Thumbs up from me.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay, support! Yay, ita!

Up with the sun

I am entirely in favor of assimilation, FWIW.

Have gotten several "yay" on assimilation, and no nays, yet, so...how do we get a dc list, ita?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Let's wait until Tom Scola gets back into town. He's been setting them up so far. The upgrade means that it'll no longer have to be all him, but I don't want to add a new list with the new interface and risk breaking what he's already don.

Sure, no problem! What we've got works for now.

I've encountered failures to threadsuck in both IE 5 and Netscape 7 this evening. Is the board wonky for anyone else?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I've repeatedly had trouble trying to threadsuck greater than 2000 posts, not just this evening.
