You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Also, is Roll Your Own archived? It must be. I'll find it.

The first RYO thread is in the attic at WX, and I also have copies of everything that's in the attic. The discussion that got it all going was in the TT Bureaucracy thread, and that's archived over here.

Is the board incredibly slow for anyone else? It's loading, but it's taking 45 seconds or so per page. I'm on Windows NT, running Mozilla Firefox.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is the board incredibly slow for anyone else?

Yeah, just recently....

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

WX has been pretty stable for months.

Well, sure, 'cause we left.

I can't post in Natter. Probably not here either, huh?

edit: in'eresting. I had started my post with a quote, but I set off the quote with < instead of >. Apparantly the board rejected the post because of that? If so, that's good, as I essentially posted a giant, ill-formed tag with no closing >

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Twice this afternoon I have gotten (in B'cracy and I think Bitches) a "1 new message" note when the new message in question was my own, which doesn't normally happen, does it?

eta: But that didn't happen with this one, or some of the other threads.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I've gotten a "Cannot find server" error several times in the last hour. Once posting to Jossverse, though the post went through; once navigating Bitches; and just now posting to Book Club, and the post didn't go through.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Is anyone in touch with jengod? I just went to change the owner of buffistas.org, but we'll both need to sign some form, and I don't know how to send it to her. I guess it doesn't matter so much, since I have access to everything, as far as I know, but her name pops up, and it feels a little sketchy.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

I will soon be closing down the Wisconsin house for a long while, which means that the PC that is hosting the Buffistas maps will be going offline. If you would like for me to hook the maps into the org and shift the hosting, I should have time to do it over the next week or so. Profile addy still good.
