You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

We're about to retire our last Netware server.

Sniff... Damn allergies...

Hey. New board.

Hmmmm... Star Trek vs. Star Wars just isn't technical enough, is it?

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Netware vs. Windows networking.

CSRG BSD 4.2, man. TCP/IP as it was meant to be delivered.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

TCP/IP was meant to be delivered by outputting each packet onto a punch card and then having the punch cards delivered by monkeys on rolerskates.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Not until you convince me about user management and the like, spanning both the enterprise and the WAN.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Last night I dreamed up a great new feature for the board. It would have been tedious to code, but not too difficult. This morning? No fucking idea what it was.

Hey lady! In my dream, I was going to do the coding! You would've been able to sit back and enjoy the fruits of my labor.

Dammit. My sources gave me incomplete intel.

Though I do hate the tendency of dreams to give you significance with no details -- mine convinced me last night that some recurring detail of them was an insight into my psyche. So very plausible until I woke up and tried to remember the detail that had spanned dreams. Couldn't hit on anything that might mean shit. I suspect it was just the import, not the content.

I wanted a breakthrough!
