Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Gus, that's fantastic. Mwah!!!!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I was logged on the system, when these messages were sent to my tty:

The system is going down for reboot NOW!

If we have a dedicated server, should our ISP be making unscheduled reboots on us?

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

Tommyrot, you managed to click on the map without sending any click co-ords. How did you do that?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

should our ISP be making unscheduled reboots on us?

No. Is there anything in logs that might indicate if someone else was on and rebooted? Or if something exploded but took the system down "gracefully"?

Gus, did you see my post about being on there twice? it looks like sue is too, or is that what happens if we put ourselves where someone else already is?

tommyrot - May 25, 2004 11:28:11 am PDT #7586 of 10000
Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Tommyrot, you managed to click on the map without sending any click co-ords. How did you do that?

I don't know. All I know is that I broke it.

edit: Maybe because I clicked on top of someone else's dot?

Yes, msbelle, I just cleaned out your extra one. I think I will make it so that each entry for a username will replace the last one, if one already exists.

what if we typed a "peron1, person 2, person3" entry for a crowded locale, would that help?

Nope, no indication on the system as to what caused the reboot.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Thanks Gus! I was having issues too. I think my dot ended up in the Atlantic Ocean because it was right between DX and msbelle (what a nice place to be!). Any way we can zoom the map, or is that impossible? Either way, it rocks.
