If the profile page is a long scroll, we might want inpage links to scoot up and down it.
I think it's already long enough that anchor links are needed. More so if we add what could be another long list of stuff.
I'll try to articulate the profile or not business in a separate post.
I think some instructional text might be helpful if no one is blocked. That way, no one will waste time trying to figure out how to add someone to their list of blocked users from the profile page.
