Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Which one? I posted two ... you mean [link] gives you links on the left, but [link] doesn't, Jess?

No, the other way around, but that's not what I meant to say.

I have [link] bookmarked, and when I first come to it, the links are missing. Clicking on pretty much anything brings them back. (Anything w/ a www. just [link] logs me out.)

(And, unrelated, just a second ago the posting box dissapeared, but I clicked on "last" and it returned.)

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

It wasn't DX, it was me, and I just reproduced it here at work.

  • I quit all the way out of Mozilla on my W2K box, and restarted the app.

  • I entered "http://www.buffistas.org/" in the address bar.

  • The site came up, but without the navigation stuff in the left column.

And yes, I'm set to be remembered. screenshot/view source on request.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Sorry, DXTom.

If you go directly to, say, [link] what happens?

ita, clicking on message_center and read_new both seem to work fine.

Going directly to read_new.php seems to work.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Jon - I find that most (if not all) of the time if I'm posting from Lynx, leaving a blank line doesn't create a new paragraph. I haven't mentioned it because it didn't seem like that big a problem.

This is two blank lines below the previous sentence.

Interesting. Maybe the pattern of ascii characters used to create a CRLF are different in lynx?

Yup. Ouise's posts are broken with \\n\\n instead of \\r\\n.

hip deep in pie

I find you have to skip several lines to get a blank line in Lynx.
