So that's my dream. That and some stuff about cigars and a tunnel.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

And we already have a new user. :)

You also don't need the "@buffistas.org" in the user name anymore.

Something funky is going on with the Maintain Threads page. If you pull up (for example) either of the LotR threads, the quotations in the thread title disappear, so if you save at this point you'll lose them. Also, if you pull up the Firefly 3 thread, the slug leaves the confines of the data entry box once it hits the first quote mark and just continues on the page. FWIW, I noticed the title thing when I was setting up the RotK thread before we moved.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I'll have to observe it some more, but it appears that sometimes a thread will say 3 new, and really only 2 are new and the other is the last read post. Then other times it is accurate. I'll pay more attention to where and how it happens. Then again, I may be delusional.

I thought I noticed this once before we moved, on the old server, but wasn't sure and it only happened once, if it happened at all.

(I'm feeling oddly happy that my testing posts might be saved. All chuffed that my ability to break things is appreciated... if that's the right word.)

The board is working at a somewhat glacial pace. Could be just me, but I thought I'd mention it.

See, now, and I just popped in to say it was being all smooth and speedy for me.

And ... thank you.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

DX, so that did that happen before we moved too?

I'll go have a look.

Probably unescaped somethings.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Main board pro-po-ga-ted here, too.

DX -- fixed.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

"mail" doesn't work. I was able to log in using just buffistas.org as the server name.

I tried that too. No luck.

You also don't need the "@buffistas.org" in the user name anymore.

ditto.

I'm pretty sure that's always been a problem. A careful use of entities and single vs. double quotes usually solves the problem.
