Have not switched. I emailed iStrata today for an update, and they said:

I sent you an email last night to your buffistas.org address about this. I'm just putting some finishing touches on the server now and I'll send you a followup when complete.

Note: I do not know what he mean by "my buffistas.org address." ita?

Will we experience some access problems due to propogation delays once the switch is made?

I don't see how that can be prevented. Also, I shouldn't speak for ita, but I'm pretty sure the board will need to be down for some period of time while the database is moved.
