The one major concern I have with Steve's offer is the required year committment. It seems like it has the potential to make many lives on all sides of this unpleasant if things don't work out, for whatever reason.

Rob's suggestion does sound like it's worth looking into. I lack knowledge in that area, so I'm happy to leave the final decision up to others.

Also of the opinion that Kristen shouldn't refund us. We've been way more of a PITA than $20/month can cover. You've more than earned it.

I'm dying to know why Kristen doesn't have time to read her torso. Why not? What's written there? Do you have to use a mirror, and if so, does the writing appear backwards?

He's also willing to throw in another 512 MB of RAM and another hard drive.

ETA: Cool, ita! I just had this idea based on something that someone, Rob maybe, said about closing the connections. I'm not actually sure I can articulate it but it makes sense in my brain, if that makes you feel any better.

Kristen, please don't take offense -- Steven's been great to us, I know -- but he's starting to sound like a used car salesman.
