And it's so much better, at least in my eyes, to wait a couple of minutes and then try again, when compared to the whole board being closed. Kristen, many thanks for you and your colleagues.

In addition to the fatal error messages other people have been getting, I've also gotten several pages that only loaded the logo, quote, and text at the top of the page down to the "Threadsuck" line, with everything below that being blank.

This is strange. This is morning in my timezone, so I'm quite familiar with the hours the Phoenix Board is mostly asleep in, and this is one of them - my Monday morning (and also 'my' Sunday morning) are the most quiet hours of the board.

Is there anything helpful I can do while almost everybody is not-here? I'm going to keep looking and see if I get those messages in the hours that practically no new posts are being made, anyway. If I do, I guess it has a meaning, only I have no idea what that meaning may be.

I just got the same message several times, even this late.

Okay, a bit disturbing, but glad to know it's not us. And Kristen, good work on error message, this way we can just leave when the board overheats, instead of not even realising. Which is what I'll do now :).

I actually can't take credit for it. It was as much of a surprise to me that they implemented it as it was to you guys.

Seems that it's calmed back down whatever it was.

Except I just got it again. It kinda freaked out, gave me the error message, then when I reloaded, had me logged in as nobody, and I had to log out and log back in again to get me.

Oh I keep getting it again and again. Which is what makes me think that this is something deliberate.

I was getting the errors about a half an hour ago, but not anymore. Mostly when I hit "Buffistas Home". It would go away when I pushed refresh.

I've been looking at other threads and I haven't gotten an error in the last few minutes.

I've gotten it 4 out of 5 attempts to load a page in the last 10 minutes.

eta, and again when I went to post this.

Now I got the strangest problem in the "Firefly" thread, and now it happened here, too:

On the message center is said that there are 2 new messages, and when I got to the thread there was only 1 new message, but its number was not the one following the former post, but the following+1. It was like a post went missing (and if a post is deleted, there are still 'marks' - it says who and when posted it, and who and when deleted it).
