You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I tried to move B1 onto the main list, and it won't take it.

Jess, they're in order by thread ID number.

Just a reminder that we are still discussing the location issue in that other place. If you had a suggestion on it, please take a minute to swing by and see where we're at.

No other candidate is asking the hard questions, like "Did geophysicists assassinate Jim Henson?" or "Why is there hydrogen in America's water supply?" --defective yeti

I send you some html of how I envision various pages will look in a post-Marcie world. You suggest changes and we go back and forth. Or you could start the process with mocked-up html pages and I could make changes for look-and-feel... Since my time is rather limited at the moment, I would recommend the latter option.

Jon B, now that ita's emphasized you were responsible for every bit of visible HTML here, I have a different idea of the size of your contribution to the Phoenix. I knew to appreciate your quick FAQ updates and shiny, functioning ballot forms, but now -- okay, put the gratitude on hold for a second. Jon B has a new pic up in the Gallery, and the word "shiny" applies to everything from his reflective pants to his sparkly bow tie, which is like the male Buffista equivalent of a tiara. I am completely impressed. I was just going there so I could make a comment about his sunglasses, and now my admiration circuits are on overload. Pardon my gush.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

That pic's been there for over a year, but thank you kindly. ;)

Jon, have you received my mail? What do you think?

I did Paul. I'm leaning towards checkboxes rather than a multi-selection menu, but I wanted to think on it for a bit.

Nobody

Is there any way to make Bureaucracy a members only thread on the read-only level.

As I understand it, anyone can read our board and I think that's great. It gives unregistered users a chance to scope out the place. However, when disciplinary action has been taken against a member, and then that member is acting up in other Buffista fora (and threatening Buffistas on his/her website), it makes it uncomfortable to lodge a complaint, knowing that the person is able to read them.

It's not that I care if such a person knows what I think. It's that I am afraid such a person might be unstable.

I don't know how I missed that when I went over the last gallery update. What was the occasion for the outfit? Theremin concert? Foamies awards show?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

It's just an outfit I put together for one of the bands I play with. Just me being goofy. I wore it to the F2F last year as well. t /natter
