Thanks guys. Not sure what the problem is. You could try putting in your email in the non-default email textbox (use the same email address if possible) and see if that works. Meanwhile, I'll try to figure it out.

Here's something else you can do to help me debug this. Try sending an email from the "Email admins" link near the bottom of the left column. I copied much of my code from that page. If you can send email from there, then it's my fault. If you get an error message there as well, then... it's not. ;)
