kinda feel sorry for Peter/Claire shippers because that is a whole lot of chemistry being wasted on sibling angst.
WORD.
Season finale is going to be awesome. That's about as much coherency as I got.
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the show and ancillary materials such as web comics! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. Chuffa, Chuffa!

Hiro can interact with things when he's stopped time. He dragged DL and the girl they were saving away from the car explosion while time was stopped.
I also think that Sylar somehow stopped the time-stop. When Hiro got close to him his eye moved. Maybe it was the heart beat that broke through.
Also, I think Nathan has just started to plan in his head to de-rail Linderman and Mom's plan. He looked very squeamish as mom was putting his coat on him.
I thought Hiro unstopped time, but only because he lost concentration while anguishing over killing Sylar.
Maybe the time stop is less effective on other heroes? Future!Hiro went back in time, stopped time on the subway, and yet Peter wasn't frozen in time.
is it wrong that i find Sylar all kinds of hot?
tiggy, last night, I told Scott you posted this. He said, "Yes. It actually is exactly wrong."
"The Universe cannot be that lame"
Oh young Claire, so say we all.
I will say, this episode did not really do anything to discourage the Peter/Claire 'shippers. <whistles innocently>
Hush. I am sublimating my fam-yay.

It totally is. I find myself pretend-speculating that the Petrelli family fostered Peter, the way HRG fostered Claire.
Peter, sweetie, I know you believe in destiny and all, but when Claire says "That's Ted," i.e. The Guy Whose Power You Really Don't Want To Absorb, why in the world wouldn't you stay on the other side of the street?
That's what I thought at first, but then I wondered if she didn't say, "Dad," instead of Ted. Must re-watch.
IIRC, can't Hiro only "hold" time stopped for like 30 seconds or so? Maybe he just hesitated long enough.
I tell you one thing: seeing Mr Isaac lying with his head opened would take away a whole lot of my personal hesitancy to kill somebody.

I don't think that why Peter wasn't frozen. He wasn't frozen either because Future!Hiro didn't want him frozen (this presumes that Future!Hiro has honed his powers to allow this), or because Peter absorbed Hiro's power and thus became frozen in time with Hiro. My kittens are on the latter.
you know, could be. FutureHiro would know what Peter's power is.
Is it possible that Sylar's telekinesis is stronger than Hiro's stopping time?
or because Peter absorbed Hiro's power and thus became frozen in time with Hiro. My kittens are on the latter. But that's the thing -- Hiro and Peter were not frozen in time. Everyone else on the subway was. Hiro and Peter could still interact. Of course Peter could have picked up his immunity to time from Hiro, so your point still stands.

tell Scott "plllllllllllllllllbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbtttttttttttttttttttttt!!!".

I wonder if the writers are kind of kicking themselves for making them related because seriously... the looks she gives him sometimes and him wiping her tears last night just screamed UST to me.
That's what I thought at first, but then I wondered if she didn't say, "Dad," instead of Ted. Must re-watch.
she did say Dad and then she ran into his arms.
Is it possible that Sylar's telekinesis is stronger than Hiro's stopping time?
but how would this have allowed him to move while being "frozen"? telekinesis is just the ability to move things with your mind. so why would telekinesis allow him to break Hiro's freeze frame? i think it's probably more likely that Hiro was distracted by trying to get up the courage to kill Sylar and forgot to keep him frozen. we know that the other heroes aren't immune to Hiro's freezing because of Future!Peter freezing Parkman to save Ando and Hiro.
how many times can i say "freezing" or some variation thereof?
That's what I thought at first, but then I wondered if she didn't say, "Dad," instead of Ted.
Oh, right - that makes more sense anyway.
My understanding was that Peter was immune to Hiro's time-stoppage on the subway because of he was able to absorb Hiro's powers. (At the time I think we were meant to assume that Future!Hiro was powerful enough to stop time selectively, but that was before we really understood Peter's ability.)
