OK ... the breakdown (pardon the pun)
Peter and Sylar re-enact a Camus play, by way of Pink Floyd: Ack!
Reformed!Sylar: Double-ack.
Carnival People reveal more Secret Origin of HRG: ... huh. OK. Not "Company Man," but it's ... OK. I guess. It worked for me, so I'll give 'em that one.
Cliffhanger with Multiple!Man trying to threaten the two most powerful characters on the show? Priceless. Because usually, a cliffhanger is supposed to infer that characters are in danger. But Multiple!Man annoys me even more than Sylar, so I'm very, very looking forward to them mopping the floor with him. It shouldn't even be a contest.
I dozed off. I'll watch it later. Maybe...
This may be my break-up!
But Multiple!Man annoys me even more than Sylar, so I'm very, very looking forward to them mopping the floor with him. It shouldn't even be a contest.
Amen to that. Here's hoping he ends up a grease spot (or several grease spots) on the floor.
And yet, I also have this horrible, horrible feeling they'll need to be saved by Parkman.
Redeeming Sylar shouldn't be the same as neutering Sylar. Peter has Sylar's abilities, and he seems to be taking people's expertise with them (even though he had the unsubtle mental block wrt Sylar). I hope they don't need help to take down Multiple Boy.
I roll my eyes at the new iteration of Sylar. Whatever these guys can do to justify still having him around, they'll do. But then they keep making him exciting again.
Didn't they show a preview with Claire jumping off a ferris wheel or something? So much for tension.
HRG's history was a bit...eh. Muddy his water some more. Same old, same old. Claire has those revelations about her father every few weeks. But they cheapen his relationship with her mother again and again.
I had so been hoping the Rohm character was dead.
It's fair to assume that Sylar and Peter had lots of angry sex over those years, right? I mean, urges are urges.
Yes, the HRG backstory was the best part of the episode for me too.
It will amuse when Peter and Sylar both take multiple man's power. Ha!
I'm really sick of the back and forth with Sylar trying to be good one minute and evil the next.
i'm really sick of the multiple scenes of horrid shmacting btwn peter and sylar. IF I YELL THAT MEANS I AM FEELING STRONG EMOTIONS. Yes, yes, of course. i had to re-watch the bricking-in scene, hoping against hope that there would be an ironic cask of amontillado lurking in the corner. but sadly, no.
wait, why can they find books, pickaxes, and bottled water but no explosives?
Peter's subconscious didn't allow for anything that actually worked.
ahahaha! Sylar and Peter speaking in unision, I'm so glad their years of bonding paid off.
