I do find it interesting that Linderman claims that he was once part of a group of supers, and that a couple decided to use their powers for their own self-interest. I wonder if one of the two was Linderman himself.
Heroes 1: We Could Be Heroes
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the show and ancillary materials such as web comics! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. Chuffa, Chuffa!
I asumed he meant Papa Patrelli, although I'm less sure having seen Mama. Although maybe the Petrelli parents were working at cross-purposes. (A sort of Mr & Mrs. Smith with superpowers)
particularly all the strings and clippings
That was an awesome moment for me because I had a crazy uncle that did that. He was the most entertaining man ever, but also more than a bit off. Every inch of his walls were covered with pictures, articles, menus, and whatever else he found interesting. When he ran out of room he ran clothes lines back and forth all over the living room. It was lovely to remember Uncle Billy.
Love the older generation Heroes. How will they ever keep the youngins under control?
Next week looks very interesting. I may have to break down and read the on line stuff to hold me over.
How odd to see Peter in a polo. He looked more like the upper-class New York dude his mom and Nathan wanted him to be in this scene than he did even in a tuxedo. Strange.
For me, it was the slicked back hair. I mean, I hated the emo curl, but this didn't exactly work for me either.
He's never seen it before. How would he know it hasn't been painted before?
Also, is it me, or are the arms crossed a different way?
He carried his weight differently post-death. Before he led with hunched shoulders a lot. Now his shoulders are back and his hips are leading. Rather like his hot bro.
Before he led with hunched shoulders a lot.
It was the weight of the emo curl! It was keeping him down!
Okay, now I'm having innappropriate hip thoughts about Pasdar and Ventimiglia.
I...well, I'll be in my bunk.

The Petrellicest contingent did a collective set of paul gross arms during this episode. With astonishingly good reason.
When I watched on Monday, I was wondering how Peter was able to use Claire's power after being killed, since he apparently needs to be thinking about the power or the person that possesses it to use it. Upon rewatching tonight, I saw that he was healing the cut on his head before he died, so he was thinking of her at that time.
