I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'll keep watching. They keep saying they are trying to get back to what was good about the first season, if that's really true I want to see it. But, really, the inertia is strong with me.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm still on the fence. When does it premiere?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Next Monday (two hours, like the House premiere).

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

If it shows up on my cable On Demand, than I may give it a few episodes, but otherwise that timeslot is booked with House and How I Met Your Mother.

I didn't see the last 2-3 episodes of last season, but I did read about the Sylar-as-Nathan thing and the stupid on that one is off the charts. I'm in for the first episode or two only because Peter is still so damn pretty, but Heroes is on notice. If it doesn't come out of the gates on fire, I'll probably let it go.

What is the verdict on the premiere? Is it worth watching? I haven't decided if I am going to watch it or not yet.

I'll keep watching for the moment, for what it's worth. I'm afraid they're still making Hiro the clown of the show, which upsets me a bit, and it has the potential to go off the rails again, but it wasn't bad.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I enjoyed it well enough. Never trusted that Gracie Sheffield...

Thank you! I couldn't figure out who Wednesday Adams was. Gracie. Ah, that feels so much better.

It wasn't nearly as bad as I feared. The extras from that HBO show Carnivale were creepy enough to bring me back next week. However, they need to quit teasing me with potentially nekkid Peter Petrelli and get that boy's shirt off already. How many times did he make it all the way down to his white t-shirt only to stop stripping just before things got good? Also, I will be hot if they go there with Noah and Tracy. Just, no.

Hiro is still being wasted. Mama P. still rocks. Matt Parkman is still a sad sack. Sylar still needs to go somewhere and sit down. Nathan is still so, so pretty. Mohinder wasn't even on tonight, but I just know he was off doing something that proves he's dumb as a box of rocks. Glad to see the Haitian back. Story is still hopelessly muddled.

Yup, typical episode of Heroes.
