Inara: Who's winning? Simon: I can't tell. They don't seem to be playing by any civilized rules that I know.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I thought there were four until I remembered that Jessica wasn't a seperate body.

oh, that must be why I was thinking four.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

I think Tracy most definitely is still alive.

Well, if this were X-Men, and it often is, Iceman would be alive. That's what I'm sticking to.

On the whole, I liked it. A little surprised at the deaths, and agree they need to SERIOUSLY stop with killing of the female characters. And of course, I was pleased to be right about Micah, even if they're trying to disguise the fact that he's, like, a foot taller now. Looking forward to having him back.

And I now want Angela to rain holy hell down on everyone's head.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

even if they're trying to disguise the fact that he's, like, a foot taller now

Which they shouldn't have to since, you know, time has passed within the show. And kids grow.

That they do. And even with the ultra-compressed time they've been working with (I always forget these volumes are all really just a few weeks at most) it's not unheard of for a kid to shoot up that much pretty fast.

Back to Tracy: I have to admit, I thought she was a marked woman from the moment they revealed there was another Nikki!Sister. No sense in dropping a gun like that if you don't plan to fire it. Lord knows they're not getting rid of Ali Larter anytime soon.

Lord knows they're not getting rid of Ali Larter anytime soon.

Hey, she's died twice.

ETA: Crap, now that song's in my head.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

She's totally going to be like all those posthumously-discovered George Hamilton video messages on Jenny McCarthy's sitcom, isn't she?

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Boy, that was a better episode. Except for the two (possibly) dead women. And what was the point of bringing back Daphne at all? Or setting up the whole thing where she and Matt had some kind of mystical future?

On the other hand, now Mohinder is there to comfort him.

The Hero, Ando, and Baby Genesis scenes were AWESOME.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I never really liked Daphne, but this was a less ignominious end for her.

Ando's hot.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Hiro in a Snugli was pretty damn hilarious.

Sadly, I suspect we'll be enduring at least one cringe-inducing diaper changing scene in the near future.

This. I liked her, and her storyline kinda sucked and now seems to have had little purpose. Maybe Baby Genesis can touch and go her back to life.
