Of course, I can't remember where we last saw Hiro and Ando, so I suppose it's also possible that they're time traveling and the baby is the Matt Parkman we know.

I think the baby is Matt's son and his ex lied about the kid being his to get him out of her life. I think the baby is like JackJack and that is what was freaking out the babysitter.
