OMG, this is exactly the same thought I had.

Seeing Mo (Moe?) and Matt arguing, makes wonder if Molly is still safe, what with the empowered being rounded up.

Me too. I hope they have her hidden somewhere, and that Micah is safe as well.
Depends on whether Nathan ever knew about Molly, I guess.
I don't get how Noah's mind can be so difficult to read without any mental powers of his own. Control, yes, that's something his will could fight directly against. But it seems if Parkman can read long-term memories rather than just surface thoughts, there wouldn't be anything he could do to make it harder. And Parkman seemed to have an easier time overcoming his father's psychic powers than Noah's drug-weakened resistance. Has he had a setback?
I thought his emotional state was messing with his ability. That he was so distraught over Daphne made his powers not optimal.
Do you think he lost his power to create the crazy illusions that his father had? Because he could easily have escaped had he used that method.

I had it in my head that Molly was in India with Mohinder's mother, but I could be making that up. (Although that would seem an elegant solution.)
Still betting Micah is Rebel.

That's the only answer, because his control (or lack thereof) is extremely tied to his state of mind: He was able to control a group of soldiers to shoot themselves when he was lashing out, and he can do amazing things when his head is totally in the game, but in-between, he's just not bringing it.
Loved Peter this episode, although he should know he never has it in him to shoot someone in cold blood. (Even startled, he shot to wound.) Still, good use of his flying abilities.
I'm not entirely down on Nathan not being outed yet, as it's a card that they only get to play once, I'd rather it count for something.
I got the distinct impression during this episode that Damages lawyer already knows Peter has powers. If you have been rounding up enough people, you have to start figuring that powers runs in families. So if Peter has powers, I would be wondering if Nathan has powers also.
BTW, what has happened to the Haitian?
Damages lawyer
Heh, I always think of him as "that asshole, the governor" (Oz, for those playing along at home). He's had quite a career in TV the last few decades. Pity I can never remember how to spell, let alone pronounce, his name.
Oh, he definitely knows Peter has powers. That's been clear since day one. And if he didn't suspect Nathan had powers, then he does now.
He's a lot of things, but he's not dumb.
