I know the producers have made noise about how "Fugitives" will be COMPLETELY UNLIKE ANYTHING ELSE THE SHOW HAS SEEN, but isn't it just (bits of) S1 all over again with The Government standing in for The Company?
Well, it's better than another iteration of, to steal a joke from TWOP: "The world's about to end! We have to save Claire!"
I kid, but the biggest weakness on this show has been that it keeps trying to repeat the same story over and over again, and it bugs. If they can get back to real character stuff again, they might be able to get it back. If not, they're doomed. (Of course, dropping Loeb and the other writer and bringing back Fuller makes me hopeful.)
Jessica, I was thinking that this show is more "whatever has happened before will happen again" than BSG.
I am now watching this show with my Smallville Goggles. I have no expectations for character development or consistency, but hope for a decent superhero yarn. Last night delivered, mostly, and here's hoping the Fugitives chapter does the same.

Haaaa ha ha. I think I may have to start using that.
That means Nathan is Lex, right?
I thought that Fuller wasn't coming back until the third arc this season?
There's only two arcs this season. From Sumi's link 50 posts up, Fuller comes in on episode 19. The next arc starts with episode 14, so he comes in about halfway into it.
There's only a few episodes which haven't been broken left this season, so Fullers involvement would be minimal I suspect.
I didn't get Nathan at all. Let's save the kiddies in Darfur by GIVING THE TRAUMATIZED SOLDIERS SUPAPOWAS! Oh, that didn't work, soldier boy got killed in 4 minutes. HEY KIDS, LETS PUT THE SUPAPOWA PEOPLE I DIDNT AUTHORIZE IN GITMO! We're making a better world. ALL OF THEM, BETTA WORLDS!!
Nathan is, shall we say, confused.
He's flighty.
Scola will be here all week. Try the veal.
