On the plus side, we'll probably be losing a lot of the stupid in the storyline.

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the show and ancillary materials such as web comics! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. Chuffa, Chuffa!

Sure hope it works out that way....
Huh. I seem to remember Jeph Loeb being halfway decent, so I hope I was wrong. teaching is eating my braaaain.
Is it Wednesday yet? (not only have I been sick of this election since, oh, March, but I need Heroes to get me started on the week!)
Apparently, there is some rumor that Bryan Fuller might come back. I suppose this is based on Pushing Daisies poor ratings so I hope it doesn't happen.
Yikes! I'd much rather have more Pushing Daisies, but if it does end up getting cancelled at least his return would result in a vast improvement to Heroes' writing quality.
Watch with Kristin is also reporting the Bryan Fuller return to Heroes rumor:
Update: I've just been told by reliable insiders at NBC that Heroes most likely will replace Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander with at least one new writer-producer, and one of the names being tossed around is Bryan Fuller, the creative genius who served as a consulting producer for the first half of the first season.
The upside? This would be nothing short of awesome, as Fuller's Heroes episodes were some of the strongest ever. If anyone can save this show, he can.
The downside? One would assume this could only happen if Fuller's current obligation, Pushing Daisies (which he created), does not get picked up, which would be a heart-breaking TV tragedy. Though perhaps he could do both Heroes and Daisies and double the awesomeness in our living rooms? A girl can dream...
From EW:
Fuller told EW.com that he's open to a comeback. "I am exclusive to Daisies through the delivery of the 13th episode of our 13-episode order, which will be mid-January," says Fuller. "If Daisies isn't picked up by then, I will definitely be going back to play with my friends at Heroes."
Woah, Blue Fire Guy and Claire's bio-mom are siblings?!
I have to say, I'm enjoying how they're taking all these black characters and painting them in shades of grey, if not white (and Papa Bennet was fuck all black back when). I like it, because it makes them people, with choices. And reasons. And because Sylar totally needed reconciliation between his "it's a hunger!" and "kill kill kill with no remorse!".
I don't know if all the new character spins fit, but definitely food for thought.
The character I had the biggest issue with in the flashback was Elle. She was actually a caring, functional human-being, which is drastically at odds with the Elle we were introduced to in Season 2 and I'm not sure how exactly she gets from Flashback!Elle to Season 2 Elle.
So sad that the African seer is dead. Also not thrilled that Hiro is looking to lose his powers too (No way they're going to kill him.) At the rate of theft, I'm wondering if there's going to be some handwavium thing that gets everyone's powers back out of Mr. Petrelli and back into the original characters.
