Oh, I wish those council guys would let me have an hour alone in the room with her, if I was larger and had grenades.

Damn, Noah Bennet. You are one mean mother . . . shut yo mouth.

And why is everyone on this show exponentially hotter than they were before? Mohinder is even making Matt kinda sexy (and I never thought that could happen).

Ok, did not need to see Claire cut her toe off. Ouch.

Once again, the show did not disappoint.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Word on the "see" bit, especially. I was cringing and looking away.

And not just 'cause you don't do that to sewing scissors.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

That was ewwww x 100 with the toe!

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Is it just my bad ears, or did the Haitian's name turn out to be really Bob?

That would have been awesome, but sadly, I think Mohinder was referring to Mr. Goldfinger.

I almost forgot the moment when Mrs. Petrelli mentally yelled at Matt to get out of her head and they both looked surprised.

I loved, loved HRG telling Claire some home truths about what the Company would do to her if they get their hands on her. HRG is just rockin' my socks off these first two episodes.

I need for things to speed up a little on the Maya/Alejandro storyline. Not that they both aren't very pretty and I do enjoy getting a little Spanish in (which, overall, way to be multi-culti, Heroes), but right now this storyline is dragging as much as Nikki/IkkiN.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

So, this is the season of "yeah, now we're going to have power-doubles for everyone!"

I actually think it's instructive at this point to see some duplicates, because really, the powers don't make the character, and it's the character that matters. (Which is why I'm incline to doubt that Kensai and Claire are related, as I doubt that West and Nathan are related.)

Digging the hell out of Mama Petrelli. The "GET OUT OF MY MIND!" bit, with her screaming in her head and keeping a completely neutral expression was awesome. And "not for a long time ..." YOWZA!

right now this storyline is dragging as much as Nikki/IkkiN.

And of course, we've not even seen the ikkiN family yet this season. And oddly, I can't say I've missed them, although I'll probably be happy when they turn up.

And speaking of happy they turned up: The Haitian! And he's now part of the Bennett Conspiracy Without Initials (BCWI)! That's some pretty awesome team-building going on. Of course, I'm surprised Principal Flutie Bob sent Mohinder in without a primer on The Haitian Sensation's abilities, but there you are. Playing too close to the vest has always been the OWI's weak spot.

I love this!

See, I thought this might all be part of the BCWI master plan. Mohinder calls HRG and lets him know he's going after the Haitian. Bennet tells Mohinder that once he heals Bob, he should send him to Not!Sunnydale to meet up at Plinko's and before the Hatian splits, he mind wipes Mo so that Goldfinger doesn't find anything out. Am I giving Noah too much credit? I think not!

Seriously. I miss Micah (a little bit) and I would like to find out if DL is alive since the last time we saw him he was SHOT IN THE GUT! But Nikki, now that she's passed on the super strength to Peter so that he can get even hotter . . . yeah, she can pretty much stay gone for my taste. We got a new boring ass storyline with murky powers now.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I had a nasty, nasty thought about who the killer might be: Peter, or a future version thereof.

He's been around Hiro, and so would have picked up his powers (along w/ everyone else's in Kirby Plaza). We've got an amnesiac Peter running around right now, so who the hell knows what he'll end up being like. If the Niki/Jessica duality was connected to a power and was not simply severe dissociation of a a single personality, Peter may very well have picked that up along with N/J's super-strength.
