Yep. That got my vote for Best Tearjerker in the Tubeys, as it actually drew real tears from me, which is pretty rare.

Heroes 1: We Could Be Heroes
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the show and ancillary materials such as web comics! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. Chuffa, Chuffa!
I haven't made it to that episode on the DVDs yet (shouldn't I be *less* busy now that I'm done with grad school?), but I did watch the rerun of it on Monday. Still gets me, every time. Darn allergies.
IIRC, it's not food cockroaches need from humans, it's artificial heat. Without humans, no more roaches in NYC, but plenty of cockroaches in the tropics.
Oh, my bad. I didn't recall exactly what it was they needed from humans, only that there would be significantly less of them running around after we died out.
has everyone been watching Adrian Pasdar's youtube videos? it's adorable to see the cast behind the scenes having fun with each other.
Oh, is he still putting stuff up?
I thought he'd stop when the "World Tour" was over!
Apparently, there are issues with the HDDVD version of season 1 of Heroes.
Adrian is only the #78th most subscribed to Youtube poster. Doesn't that seem wrong?
Awww, Adrian and Milo. Theirloveissopure.
I haven't listened to any of the other commentaries, but these guys are hilarious in the Five Years Gone episode. Love the fanboy squeals, particularly by Greg.
I found I was a little uninterested in rewatching the first few episodes, which really surprised me. I did remember not loving the Niki/ikiN Jessica storyline. I don't know where it broke down for me, because Ali does a fantastic job being the shape shifter and allowing that characters mannerisms to show through facial movements. I used my handy skip button for the rest of Niki's interactions.
