Lose. Very close. For future reference, and because I just re-watched that part, the translation was "@#$%!", which is of course 23451, for anyone missing LOST in their TV diets.
"%$#@!" is the more numerically pleasing 54321, but must be a whole other swear word.

I didn't think of them as Zombies, although now that you say it, they certainly looked that way. I thought he had just emptied their memories so that they were "hollowed out".
