How come Peter could pick up Niki's power five seconds after he met her, but he couldn't fly himself away?

I'm assuming that we are not going to have the entire season 2 in feudal Japan, right?

It looked to me like it was George Takei inside Kenji's suit of armor.

I also liked the shout out to Jack Kirby (Kirby Plaza).

I'm trying to remember if we've ever seen Peter use more than one power at a time. Could he if he even wanted to?

I don't think we've seen Peter using two powers at one time.

He... can only use one power at a time, and he was stuck on nuke? Or, or... he was so busy concentrating on trying not to explode that he couldn't make anything else work.

I dunno.

Hmm. Can they use more than a single power at once, those two?

Doh! I totally missed that one. I was so busy going "Wow, I wasn't expecting the Peter/Sylar showdown to be quite so physical" that it didn't even occur to me that he was beating Sylar up with Niki's super strength.

That said, have we seen Peter use two powers at once yet? Even if he can, I think the big problem was that Ted's power was overwhelming everything else.
