Tara: 'Your One-Stop Spot to Shop for Lots of New-Age and Occult Items.' Catchy. Giles: Think so? Tara: Uh huh. In a... hard to say sorta way.

Heroes 1: We Could Be Heroes

[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the show and ancillary materials such as web comics! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it. Chuffa, Chuffa!

I believe vampires are the world's greatest golfers

Whee! Heroes thread. I'm all excited.

And I'm fine with blackfont comix content. I keep meaning to go online and read them anyways -- though I haven't checked yet to be sure I can.

NBC won't let un-Americans watch the episodes online; maybe they do the same thing with other content. Sue, have you looked at them?

What is even happening?

I know that's true for The Office, as well, Dani. Although every once in a while, UTTAD manages to see the deleted scenes (he's in Scotland), even though NBC does block unAms. He's not doing anything special. It's just the luck of the draw.

Adrian Pasdar: bringing hot (and ambiguously gay) to a new level since Top Gun.

Whee! Heroes thread!

For the record, I called Mama Petrelli's involvement the morning that Parasite aired. I'm wondering if I'm developing psychic powers. *g*

Oh, wait. Maybe that's who Peter got his prophetic/psychic/telekinetic powers from?

(n.b. Adrian Pasdar? Hot.)

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I rewatched last night to pick up parts I missed Monday. I'd assumed that the Sylar/Mohinder talk was just people joking since I've never gotten the Petrelli Bros. vibe others talk about, but Quinto really was selling the welcome-home-Honey-here's-your-drink thing, wasn't he? If Mohinder had been a little slower with the drugged tea he might have gotten a nice backrub out of it.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Aside from Claire's really unfortunate cheerleader rival/friend, has Sylar killed any other normals that we know of?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

A truck driver who gave him a lift in a comic.

Eta: have we resolved the whitefont/blackfont question?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Aside from Claire's really unfortunate cheerleader rival/friend, has Sylar killed any other normals that we know of?

He tried to get Clea Duvall to shoot herself, but Matt stopped him. Also, did all of the little girl's family have powers?

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

has Sylar killed any other normals that we know of?

Mohinder's dad

Huh. I can remember hardly anything that we learned about Sylar before we saw him.

I am like the anti-Charlie. Lately, I just seem to be forgetting stuff.
