Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

What is everyone doing this weekend

Going to the Aquarium tomorrow afternoon. That's my only solid plan.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have been told by a boy that any fishnets, including flesh-toned, are slutty. However, I'm learning that "slutty" for some guys is a synonym of "makes me think even more about sex." I may need to clarify the terms.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

the rest of the weekend will be sent in Squeeville.

I'll make sure to pack my earplugs.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

All fishnets are not slutty. I've seen them worn with a longer length skirt and boots (so you see just a few inches) and it looks sophisticated and chic. Sure, if you wear them with a shirt (Aguilera) they're gonna look slutty.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The relative sluttiness of colors of fishnets may have changed in the last 20 years. I don't know.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'll make sure to pack my earplugs.

Mine will be a quiet Squeee.

Juliana, on the other hand...

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Juliana, on the other hand...

What? WHAT?

I like to think of my fishnet wearage as Tank Girlish. Eh, so it may make boys think of sex more. As long as they have no expectation of getting it from me too easily.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Guys really have no idea when it comes to whether a certain trend is slutty or not. For a few years fashion mags were intent on making fishnets business formal. I know I saw them in the office, though I only wore modified forms (like argyle). I agree that flesh-toned fishnets can be chic, worn the right way.

One of Bob's friends is coming down to stay for the weekend-- he is a professor of philosophy but is the one that got Bob into performing improv, so he is a lot of fun. I am looking forward to it.

And, and, this goddamn document production that has been consuming my life with minor irritants for the last six weeks (never trust a vendor who says they can do Japanese. They will have problems.) just got finally fedexed! I am going to get wasted!

Hec, I assume you've seen this, right? And this?

Guys really have no idea when it comes to whether a certain trend is slutty or not.

Do women get to make that call, then?

I've worn black fishnets to work in scenarios where only an inch or two would be visible. Only worn the fleshtoned once, with a vintage shirtwaist dress and MJs, IIRC. Maybe ballet flats.

Oh, while I'm on the topic, Hec, I also found this in my wanderings.
