What are/did people have for dinner?
I had the munchies after my mile swim (which I've got down to 72 minutes [yay!], but got a charlie horse in my left calf in my final 1/4 lap [had to walk the rest of the way to the stairs out of the pool]--I think my improved kicking got my legs sore), so I stopped by Arby's and got a turkey/bacon/ranch sandwich wrap (with cheddar cheese and lettuce, no tomato please!).
I did skip the potato cakes, so that's something.
My dinner was roasted mushrooms, leeks, and ginger root tossed with capellini and sesame oil. Yum.
Jericho: I guess they'd rather have
Dr. Aasif (I'm not sure of his character's name. Kenji?)
You're right,
Eric and April's drama was pretty darn boring. And I don't even know who the other people you mention are. Skeet's ex and the guy she was supposed to marry?
I'm about to have Korean BBQ: beef.
The weirdness has just continued....
As much as I enjoy the saga, I can't stay up for late night updates. I'll be interested to see if anyone in Lexington goes to his court date.
Oh, and Cafe Express now has a number of "Dominate Your Face" t-shirts.... as well as ones with this quote: "I will drive my forklift and my peanut machine into your ass."
Yes, that's right -
Roger is the guy played by Owen from "Never Kill a Boy on the First Date" and Emily is Super-Skeet's ex. Boring. And they weren't in the episode at all. It's the Lana Lang effect: the show is so much better without them.
Well, I'm glad that Jake
FINALLY asked after Heather.
Did you trust the answer that he got?
Dinner: shrimp marinara with zucchini, green pepper & onion over whole wheat pasta. Nice to have a home cooked meal after living on to-go sandwiches for a day and a half.
Supermarket sushi and miso soup. I was hoping the wasabi would cut through this cold.
I expect tomorrow to be... challenging.
The kids ate noodles with butter (or butter noodles, as Franny calls them). C & I ate noodles with sauteed shitakes & feta cheese.
I am impressed that Em eats lasagna. Neither of my kids likes casserole type foods yet.
