Overwhelming? How much more than whelming would that be exactly?

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I'll trade shrift the laundry for the jam. I just foldededed all my laundry! I have done with the laundry folding! Until, you know, someone wears clothes.

Hmm. That makes my household sound more interesting than it is.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Perfect excuse to write some. Or read the classics. Or, you know, watch all that new tv you're getting.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Man, if I could watch TV at work, I wouldn't be bored right now!

And I'm mostly ignoring the SGA wank. It's not wanky in the fun way.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I folded all my laundry last night (and hung up the rest of it), and had the fun of weeding out all my underwear and socks with holes in them and throwing them away in favor of the new underwear and socks I bought at Walmart. That was strangely fulfilling.

I need to get a life.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

I would die of boredom first, but I'm too apathetic.

I really t heart Liese right now.

Allyson, thank you so much for the update. I've been worried for all of them.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

-t, did you lose your license?

Nah, I can still drive. But life has been good to me, so far. [sorry to snark and run last night]

I have been sort of productive today! I patched the hole in the fence that the dog has been esca[ing out of. It's a not very sturdy patch that won't hold against determined canine pushing, but it's better than it was.

Punishingly Intricate

I'm going to die of boredom today, Dana.

I died of boredom Tuesday, was revived when I got home, and then died of it again yesterday afternoon. Today I may live but only because my co-worker and I took an extended lunch trip to the mall (where I got a new dress!!! at H&M it's cream w/ red flowers!!!).

However, I'm back now and I fully expect the, GOD, 3 hours between now and 5 to last about 20.

This is the longest week ever!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

At 4 I'll go over to Muskrat Jamboree, which will be setting up the con suite and whatever, and see if I can help out any, which pretty much takes care of the rest of my weekend, really.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I got to go have birthday lunch for a coworker, now my boss is out of the office at a "meeting" (actually physical therapy, not sure why she won't tell anyone that), and if she comes back at all, it will be the last time until at least Tuesday! Maybe Wednesday!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Bwah, just back from scanning through fandom_wank. Clearly, I owe rageaholic jackass Isaiah Washington a debt of gratitude for engaging in his second entree of shoe leather at that awards show and thus prompting my disgusted flight from Grey's Anatomy viewership before the current storyline hit the fan.
