Cindy, that really blows.
ita, I really really hope by the time you read this, you are feeling a lot better.
I'm really glad I shovelled earlier. The wind is terrible now. Lean into it to remain upright terrible. Also, random flakes.
I think I screwed up my empanadas. Oh well. Still cheesy goodness.
OH, and I discovered Giant has mexican cheese. And paneer. I still hate them mostly, but now I know I can get that stuff there. Still no green chile.
I also meant to say I have a shantung silk cover in deep red and I love it.
I just picked a hole in my favourite blanket.
I am on the phone with Medco. They say I have coverage. Now on to the pharmacy, to make sure
they
know. And then I'm going to consider lunch, and a return to listening to the TV since my eyes are still weird.
I have a 4:30 meeting where I'm pretty sure the upshot is, I suck. I'm not looking forward to it.
I NEED WORK DONE AND IT'S TAKING TO LONG and I am antsy and and and.
I want half-price chocolate NOW.
Oh, please! It's after 4. chocolate is double price until tomorrow.
Remember, guys, tomorrow is one of the three annual celebrations of Discount Candy Day, and while it might not be as much fun as the Festival of the Half-Price Cadbury Egg, it's still an important time to share with your loved ones.
eta: ha! apparently I'm not the only one who celebrates Discount Candy Day.
Thanks, everyone. Sorry I went all whingey pants.
I just read on
The Boston Globe's
website that the state's last WWI Veteran died at age 110: [link] Poor old fellow.
Frank, where did you hear it was going to turn back to snow, tonight? Everything seems to have stopped, at least momentarily.
