I like books. I just don't want to take on too much. Do they have an introduction to the modern blurb?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I woke up at 6:30 this morning, but I forced myself to stay in bed even though I felt like getting up, and I eventually managed to get a little extra sleep.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Jesse, from what I understand, you really can't "bank" sleep.

I'd love to take part in one of those body rhythm studies, where they keep you away from time cues and you see what your natural body rhythm actually comes out to -- I wonder if I'd feel less constantly exhausted after a week or two. But aside from employment concerns, you don't get to go outside, or even get online (which would involve timestamps!) so that's not much of a vacation, to me!

Jesse, from what I understand, you really can't "bank" sleep.

But you can make it up, can't you? I'm tiiiired. And yet, awake.

I'm just repeating what I've read somewhere, but the theory is, you can really only "make up for" the past 24 or so hours of your sleep/wake cycle. I doubt it applies universally, since there are so many metabolic factors and individual variations.

Good luck ita!

I woke up a little before 7:00, and was on my way back to sleep before I realized a) my alarm clock had in fact woken me up, and b) that meant I had to go shoot the cat.

mornings are hard.
