I just said that you're pretty. Even when you're covered in...engine grease, you're... No, especially, especially when you're covered in engine grease.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Does "tendering" have a specific legal meaning in this context that, say, "submitting" does not?

Just curious. I've never submitted or tendered a resignation letter either.

I’m writing to tender my resignation effective April 6, 2007.

I think that there needs to be a comma after resignation.

Compassionately intolerant

I think that there needs to be a comma after resignation.

This was my thought as well.

Bones I'm impressed, they're actually going to address Booth and Bones being attracted to each other--and Fry is going to mediate! Yay, Fry!

I know several people who said, "She's not going to go off, the show is named after her," but she could have left and come back. It's interesting that it was her gut that made the decision. She is truly dedicated to giving the faceless justice. It was interesting how Angela was all of a sudden shown to be not-in-a-good-way silly over the two dead kids being together. The writers are not often subtle, but at least they don't indulge in the plot point of people keeping stupid secrets. Sully and Angela don't understand quests, and quests are what Booth and Bones are about. Booth is about justice and, in a way, atoning for some of the things he's done. Bones is also about justice and not leaving people with the same sorts of nagging mysteries that have troubled her. Those sorts of people cannot just drop everything and go chase another fancy. I suspect Angela may leave.

I like this show.

Plus, on Bones I'm sure that Bones had trouble reconciling what she would do for a year. I don't think that she could be idle for that long. I'm kind of surprised that didn't come up.

Bones: I also think she was faced with the fact that she really liked Sully, but she loved her work. She couldn't give up the work, because it's the majority of who she is.

I think I might almost like it better if we determine that Booth's hot for Bones, but Bones doesn't have the same feeling. (This may be purely selfish, because I want to see DB's woobie face.) I just can't help thinking of Moonlighting with this show.

I agree with connie about not keeping stupid secrets. Good good thing.
