Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I think the guy who designed it (had it done) was a chef, actually, so he wasn't really cooking at home much, but got the good stuff.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

no oven seems odd when you can get a microwave/convection oven combination.

690K

I suppose i could trade with them. But I would miss my land and the area to do things like build bookcases.

They got one of those, but I imagine it's going with them? It's not built in, anyway, so uses up a lot of the counter space.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I wondered why there were no kitchen photos -- that answers that. The rest of the apartment is gorgeous, though, and for the right buyer it could be the right place.

It makes me wonder why I don't get a luxury bathroom put into my place, though. I deserve a radiant heat floor, right?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I deserve a radiant heat floor, right?

You certainly do.

And houseguests! You deserve houseguests!

Back when I worked for a prosperous division at my company, we were sent to work at the sales conferences which were held at high-end hotels like the Breakers in Palm Beach FL. And there I discovered that even the bathrooms in the little rooms had radiant heating under their marble tile floors.

It was a touch of luxury that makes me realize that I rightfully should have been born rich.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

But there's no kitchen -- literally, dorm fridge, no oven.

Oh, that's rough. Even if plenty of people never use their kitchens, I don't know how many would be willing to admit it to the tune of almost $700k.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

It would make an excellent pied-à-terre for a visiting businessman or man with a mistress.

Art Crawl!!!

Hey, is anyone else here still watching Prison Break? Tonight's episode is really good and involved the reappearence or re-importance of the tattoos. Plus, it really feels like they're heading to their endgame. And I thought that there were like 3 more episodes and apparently, there are only two.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

But there's no kitchen -- literally, dorm fridge, no oven.

Me. If I had that kind of money, and the place were otherwise right for me. I have no real use for a kitchen. I could do just fine with a tall dorm fridge and a microwave. But I don't have that kind of money. Thus, I am forced to live in an apartment with a kitchen.

Hey, maybe I could turn the kitchen into the den I've been wanting...
