I'm gonna guess that the first stage burn will be fine, but it will fail after that....

So, I just checked my work email (wtf?) and learned that we apparently SENT SOMETHING OUT that said (and I quote) "including XXX." We didn't fill it in! Sheesh. Luckily I could answer at least somewhat.

The crazy part is, that's a REALLY good price for that neighborhood, especially if it's as nice an apartment as they make it sound. (I'm jealous of the bathroom -- radiant floor heating and a Japanese soaking tub??? WANT!)
