Now tagless for your comfort.

Or a pie. Or a buckle. Or a crumble or a crisp!

Muffins.

Historic three-way tie on Jepardy will result in a trivia-smack down tonight.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

You should make a cobbler.

Or a pie. Or a buckle. Or a crumble or a crisp!

Or -- what's the thing that people kept talking about a while ago? Clafouti?

Biyi is so beautiful she makes me blink. I checked my Kinsey needle out of curiosity, and that's still solidly on 0. I've had this reaction to beautiful women before, but it's more of a "what a spectacular piece of art" thing rather than a "Ooo, want!" thing.

I know! I feel like a (bad) poet of Days Gone By when I say this, but Biyi is just stunning to gaze upon. (no homo)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Or a pie. Or a buckle. Or a crumble or a crisp!

Have you been watching Alton Brown?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I am dutifully eating a banana in my oatmeal. I really, really do not like bananas. I'm sorry. I've tried. It's not them, it's me. Except it's them, with their mushy texture and weird banana taste.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Okay, my first congratulations to you, BT, were based on reading the announcement. Now I've had a chance to click through and look at the pictures--you guys look so serene and happy. It's so wonderful when anyone achieves that, and it seems almost weird (yet still natural) when I get to read it all happening.

Congratulations again.

Or -- what's the thing that people kept talking about a while ago? Clafouti?

Is that some kind of... pudding?

Have you been watching Alton Brown?

No, I've barely been home all week. It's just that the power of baked goods runs strong within my family. We think it's easier to face the world armed with chocolate chip cookies and a blueberry buckle fresh from the oven.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

you guys look so serene and happy

A million times this.

Congrats, BT.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

One of the Good Eats (reruns, I assume) last week was about cobbler, and I think he spent about twenty minutes of the show listing variations on cobbler.

We think it's easier to face the world armed with chocolate chip cookies and a blueberry buckle fresh from the oven.

Maybe because it's TRUE!

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I really, really do not like bananas. I'm sorry. I've tried. It's not them, it's me.

Add me to this list.
