Can someone find me a readymade pre-installed boyfriend?
ita, that's a rhetorical question, right?
I do know a sweet little guy who'll gladly give you hugs and lie down with you for a while, but he's a bit young, even for your tastes.
Oh, and am I the only one who saw that shiny car and wanted to scream NOOOOOO!!! I hope they don't let it out onto the streets. I never want to be behind it during afternoon sunlight. It hurts my eyes just imagining it.
That was my thought exactly Burrell. Thankfully, nearly all the comments to the blogpost concurred. I think we can rest assured given the lack of concept-to-the-road progression those demonstration vehicles tend to enjoy.
Sort of like that notorious Jean Paul Gautier dress with the rearview mirrors attached (which I can't seem to find in google images)...never seem to see the haute on the street.

Not unless you have some familiar cuddles to hand. Then it's a practical one.
Cuddling with Iz would probably help. I'm so freaking wired. Exhausted, drugged, but wired. My back is like sheet metal with pain receptors. And my brain is rice pudding. With raisins.
Always with the raisins.
I was embarassingly bad at the reading thing. Shaking hands, shaking voice, terrible breathing.
I need to practice more. I don't know how to go about doing that.
Trying to sneak under the board's timezone: happy birthday, tommyrot!
(Sorry for missing it on my timezone - I didn't have any computer access all day yesterday)
[Edit: oh, foiled by the ending of daylight saving time, or somesuch? Sigh.]

Nothing to it but to do it. The book doesn't come out for a while yet, so you've got time.
TAR: Rob
did immediately know that Magellan was from Spain, which,
WTF,
Uchenna and Joyce?? Seriously?
Were we aware that Eddie Izzard has a new series on FX, starting tonight? [link]
Oh dear -- I postponed watching TAR last night, so going ahead and reading the whitefont makes me just a little disappointed (but I'll get over it).
The cats have seen to it that I did not oversleep this morning -- I'd like to think they were being helpful but really, they were just concerned that with the clocks shifting around we might forget to feed them....
