Funny thing about black and white. You mix it together and you get gray. And it doesn't matter how much white you try and put back in, you're never gonna get anything but gray.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Another member of the Pale Pale White People club here. My face has a bit of pink to it, but still rather pale.(The contrast with my hair/eyebrows brings that out) Other parts of me are damn near translucent. I don't know if I look my age, but some of that is due to the oily skin I inherited.(Thanks Mom!)

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Robin, glad you're home!

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Welcome home, Robin! At least you got the projectile vomiting out of the way at the hospital, instead of in your own bed.

information libertarian

I don't think of myself as that pale. But occasionally I see myself naked in the mirror and I have these huge blue veins in my poitrine, and I go, "Huh. I bet most people can't see their veins so clearly."

Paler than you look? I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean your body is paler than face, arms, etc? I think that's fairly normal for most adults. That's part of why my daughter's skin is so beautifully translucent. It hasn't yet been through decades of sun damage.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yay Robin!

Did she smoke?

Nope. Just thin skinned.

I am not pale. FYI.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

This, yeah. I have the total farmer's tan, sans farming. I keep thinking my face and hands are so much darker than they used to be in my I-could-wear-goth-makeup days, and then I catch sight of my belly and it's pasty-land.

I remembered to look up this URL on a new building I keep going by on the train, and they're having an open house on Sunday! I'm seriously considering going. Not that there's any chance in hell I could afford the apartment, but it seems like it might be fun.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I seem to have a job. Won't be starting until after the black belt test, which is nice.
