I was in the lunch room heating up my miso soup, and in the vending machine, I saw Hostess Lucky Puffs. They're Sno Balls in a shade of virulent green. Ew. Happy St. Pat's.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

There are no rules for Pope FCM.

I thought the first rule of Pope FCM was don't talk about Pope FCM...

Punishingly Intricate

I'm a little freaked because my brain clicked in last night and started obsessing over the status of my car's registration--I didn't remember if I had renewed it yet.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for mentioning car registration! I got mine renewed on time (online!) and got my sticker but haven't put it on the plate yet. Instead I put it in my usual work bag which I haven't been using this week due to getting new, cute bag last Friday. That would have sucked if I'd been stopped!

Hope everything goes smoothly at the DMV!!!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The first rule of Pope FCM is don't talk about your Papal Dispensation allowing you to both F and M....

edit for edit-y poo....

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've had my registration tags in my car all year so far...but they say put it on clean plates and I haven't had my car washed in what feels like that long.

Perhaps today. After some more tea, and maybe some light TV or reading. Nothing too taxing.

Looks like my sister is coming up for my test. That should be fun.

My Papal Dispensation brings all the Cardinals to the yard?

Now tagless for your comfort.

Cashmere, you might want to wait to diet until after you get a package from me. I haven't sent it yet, but it should go out by the weekend. ijs.

Eeeeexcellent. /Mr. Burns

I'm just contemplating the diet. It's not set in stone.

Yow. Our registration was in order but I realized that our proof of insurace was still sitting on our desk and not in our van where it SHOULD be.

They say that but I've never cleaned my plates before putting on the new sticker and I've never had a problem. (Usually I do carry the stickers around for a long time thinking "I have to clean my plate first" though.)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Registration stickers don't go on plates in Texas. They go on the winshield. Which I probably never clean.

I wash just the corner the sticker goes. I'm trying to recall if it was here, NC or NM that helpfully provided a little alcohol wipe with the new sticker. If it was here, they don't do that anymore.
