Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

When G gets home were going to the Waterson:Carthy concert. This should be interesting, since we've never even heard them before. Still, this is a family that's a part of the English folk scene.

What is even happening?

I really need to write some BtVS that's NOT drawerfic again one of these days.

Whatever happened to Sunrise. I know you were sending to SA to beta, and then...

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Whatever happened to Sunrise. I know you were sending to SA to beta, and then...

There was this decision to radically restructure things. Then there was a lot of research into various types of injuries. I started the rewrite. Then one weekend, Paul was working, and I was bored, and I popped this DVD someone had sent me into the player, and by the end of the week, I was lost. Then life ate me. Then when life stopped eating me, I was even MORE lost, and everything'd turned into "FLAIL!!! See... the thing about Dean is..." or "FLAIL!!! Oh, Sammy! I'm sorry, baby." or "Oh, John Winchester. You stubborn, stubborn son of a bitch."

(But I'm willing to send you the unbeta'd finished version. I do plan on doing the restructure. Eventually. Probably this summer.)

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

"Oh, John Winchester. You stubborn, stubborn son of a bitch."

Bless him, he is.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gah! I can't believe I care about the peak oil thing.

I'm currently sitting in the cafeteria in Fountain Valley waiting for my 3pm interview to start.

What is even happening?

Good luck with the interview, ita. If you like the job, may it be yours.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Also? How funny is it to come into the thread and find that everyone actually *is* discussing duct tape?

Point!

It seems to me that I've actually seen a clip of Allyson in IRL. (italicized to indicate the documentary.) I'm pretty sure I have.

Kind of jealous Scrappy gets to see Alibelle so often and vice versa. OTOH, Alibelle can't really post online while she's at work.

Art Crawl!!!

Just got home. Snowpocalypse continues. (That spelling looks wrong. But I can't figure it out. Looks better now.)

Supposedly we're only getting 1-2 inches of snow - but it's really difficult to tell when it's all going horizontal!
