Am I supposed to be changing my clothes a lot? Is that the helpful thing to do?

The status is NOT quo.

Jesse, go early, choose early!

I am planning to be out of here the second my last class ends at 3:00. I've been spectacularly unproductive today, and I don't think sitting around here any longer is going to help the matter any. I've got two sets of papers (a set of analytic essays and a set of creative Odyssey-esque stories) to do before Wednesday since 2nd trimster finals are Wednesday morning...and then I have to write narrative comments and get everything finalized for report cards the week after that. You would think that these deadlines would inspire me to get work done today, yet not so much.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am still so full from lunch! Oh cupcake, why must you be so delicious.

It's a Message Movie and actors think that's important.

I was thinking that the thing it has in common with Crash is work for a lot of actors.

except I also had to finish writing lyrics to our new song about the world's tallest man who saved that dolphin's life! Which I did. And, I have to say, it is EPIC.

Your day is so much more interesting than mine.

Punishingly Intricate

Your day is so much more interesting than mine.

ha!

Well, I'm actually getting paid to make a 35-page document describing our system architecture into a 10-page (one page of which is a diagram) system overview. Also fascinating stuff. or not...

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

That's a whole lot of negroes.

And a furriner! We're so progressive!

Did anyone like Babel? Or is it this year's Crash?

It doesn't have Crash's box-office, which is a good sign for those of us who thought it sucked elephant balls. (SAG votes or not, movies that tanked tend not to win Oscars.)

LMS and Departed could also swing the SAG vote away. The Queen has the advantage of being almost everyone's second choice (it's won several critics' circle awards that way), but it's a foreign film which hurts its chances. (And Letters is both not in English AND tanked at the box office, so it's out entirely.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jennifer Garner being cute with Violet Affleck. This is me being a hypocrite, because I usually don't like pictures that are prying into celebrities just doing normal shit, but Violet's so incredibly cute, and Jennifer looks so fucking normal that I love to look.

And, while I'm X17ing it, Damn, Penelope's sister looks so like her I thought it was a collage.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

The chain of custody is pretty broken by that point, though. There's not good evidence that it's her hair. Unless they do a DNA test, I guess, but I think you have to find a bulb for that.

What about a DNA test?

SKIMMER!

what picture of Penelope's sister?

She's the woman in black that Penelope is standing next to in the second picture across, at the top.

Art Crawl!!!

Ah. For some reason when I opened the link it popped right to the giant headshot of Orlando Bloom -- I never realized that there was stuff above him.
