I'm home! I figured I could leave because I was looking so woeful at my desk that my boss told me to go home. So I stuck it out for another hour (to avoid looking like a slacker on my 3rd week in the job) and then bailed.
God only knows how I'm going to get through a full day of work tomorrow, followed by a drive to Ventura. Thank heavens I shanghaied another fangirl to drive down with me.

ION, I may have hit a snag in my plans to cook dinner tonight. I defrosted some ground beef in the microwave, and the dog can just smell it, and she's walking around grunting with her nose pointed straight up in the air trying to figure out where it's coming from. It's so funny I may not be able to take that meat out and actually do anything about it.
