Ironically, the NIH informative websites, which are funded and mandated by the federal government, are all over interactive tutorials and flash demos and things. It turns out that people are way more likely to learn something about, say, warning signs for a heart attack if such signs are presented in moving-picture format.
Clearly, learning about heart attacks undermines America!
