Naked Boy *just* peed on my sofa.
Oh, no!
Then laughed.
Of course he did. Lil stinker.
Cat nurses rottweiler puppy. With ADORABLE picture.
V. cute!
Okay, I am a horrible person because if I hear one more story about Anna Nicole, I may bust. I mean, I feel bad that she's dead, but does it have to be a top story all the time??
re: Lucy Lawless. She was in some Celebrity Duet thingie a while back, and I was wondering if she won. I avoid watching such shows for health reasons, but considering how kick-ass her voice is, I was assuming she'd win. Did she?
I mean, I feel bad that she's dead, but does it have to be a top story all the time??
You know if you don't watch cable news, you don't have to hear about her. That's my solution.
I get my political news watching the Daily Show. Then I read the BBC News or the Manchester Guardian. And the NY Times. Local paper for sports and comics.
I thought that was the default setting for most actors in Hollywood.
No, Sorbo is pretty damned gifted. And I'd say that "most actors in Hollywood"--not even. Most actors in H'wood aren't rich or famous, and don't have any ground to get traction on. You have to work at arrogant when you're bit part guy auditioning with 25 doppelgangers for each role.
I feel like that right now, actually. Taking off my interview drag, it feels like auditions and callbacks--Colin once said that auditioning was really his job. Just doesn't pay that well.
The most attractive thing about the job I just aud^H^H^Hinterviewed for is that it's maybe 10 minutes away. I'm not going to have an opportunity any nearer. That part's pretty cool.
I'm waiting for ANS puppet theater. Sometimes my boyfriend's new Murrow persona is a trial to me. I'm kidding. Mostly.
Oh, that's kind of sweet. Different races coming together.
Cute Overload has an entire category dedicated to the subject.

I don't! I don't even have cable, which dramatically reduces my tv-viewing options. That's probably my problem. I tend to use NPR for my news and they don't really cover her at all. Being home today and watching tv, I've heard Too Much about her today.
I'm waiting for ANS puppet theater.
BWAH!
maybe 10 minutes away.
That's v. good! How did you feel about the company? Someplace you'd want to work?
Batman Sighting Puts Schools on Lockdown
To an Arizona middle school, Batman! Three schools in the north Phoenix suburb of Cave Creek were on lockdown for about 45 minutes Wednesday morning after a student at Desert Arroyo Middle School reported seeing a person dressed as Batman run across campus, jump a fence and disappear into the desert, Scottsdale police Sgt. Mark Clark said.
The student described the person as 6 feet 3 inches tall and possibly male.
"We're assuming it was male, although they did have a mask on," Clark said.
Officers combed the desert around the middle school. A nearby elementary school and high school also were on lockdown as officers sought the caped crusader.
The result — no Batman.
"It's just one of those interesting little stories that we looked into but we couldn't find anyone," Clark said.
Nedda Shafir, a spokeswoman for the Cave Creek Unified School District, said putting all the schools on lockdown was a precautionary measure.
"We didn't want to take any chances," Shafir said. "We just don't want to put anyone at risk."
How did you feel about the company? Someplace you'd want to work?
Not bad. Not my #1 or #2, but since #1 has said wait and #2 hasn't gotten back to me, who knows? My plate's not that full.
